Why good people are hard to find — and what we do about it

· Dawid Kamola

The logistics labour market works differently today than it did five years ago. Candidates are no longer looking for stability alone — they are looking for proof that working here actually develops them.

It applies to investment funds as much as to warehouses. Talent goes where it can see structure, not just a salary.

Here, structure means something specific: a clear process in which every step has its owner. Tools that actually work — a network of 800+ carriers, systems, data — not just declarations.

We do not claim this is the easiest place to work. We claim it is a place where work produces a visible effect sooner than elsewhere.

The test is simple: after six months, is someone doing things they could not do before. Here that happens - because we give them the tools for it, not just the tasks.
