Project cargo: what counts when you move machinery

A production machine exported from a plant in Poland or Slovakia. A transformer. A section of an industrial installation. It does not fit standard logistics, because standard logistics does not fit inside it. A route checked against bridges and viaducts, not just distance. A crane at the loading point, not a ramp. Permits for abnormal-load transport. One badly planned move means weeks of delay on an investment, not just the cost of carriage.
